The Kraft (now Manhattan Construction) Auxiliary Building is a 20,000 square-foot, two-story warehouse space located behind the headquarters building for a major Florida general contracting company. It is designed to serve as an additional storage and work space to the adjacent corporate office. The two-story building program is divided into multiple storage areas, work and shop areas with large overhead doors, tenant suites with private offices, and service areas. Challenges with the building design included strict fire separation issues due to the varying uses housed in the same building.
